Welcome to our new AmeriCorps Volunteer!

As of September, we have Phoebe Fox joining us as Community Outreach Specialist, a Public Health AmeriCorps volunteer position!

Phoebe will be working with the Healing Cortland Team as well as supporting the agency's content on our social media and other platforms (like the agency blog, Upstream Parent, and hello cortland). She'll also be working with partners to help facilitate Cortland's roll out of the Life Needs Assessment.

Prior to volunteering with us, she attended the University of South Florida. She Graduated in 2023 with a B.A. in History and Political Sciences. During her semesters of undergrad, she worked as a volunteer for local food shelters and on campus political advocacy groups for minorities and LGBT+ members. She is now residing in Tully NY, with her chunky cat, Miss Bee.
